Very pleasant bakery. Everything was very clean, both coffee and baked goods. The rolls are freshly baked and are still warm. Staff is friendly and happy to explain. Very centrally located, so nice, if it can be done quickly. Makes a cozy impression. Great.

One star is still too much. Wanted to buy me a snack / snack today. When I wanted to pay, I was told at the checkout in a harsh tone that no € 50 notes were accepted. Unfortunately I didn't have the right money or an EC card. So I was denied shopping! Well then not good. They are probably not dependent on customers!

For a fast food bakery chain BackWerk offers really tasty and appealing products! Everything is well presented and well presented on the shelves. The baked goods are always abundant and fresh. I especially like that there are more and more healthy variations and also a small vegan offer, really great! The branch is so well, very busy and rather small. Price / performance is right here!

I was with friends in the backyard Heilbronn the staff were very rude and contacted us the staff member was aggressive the floor was quite trekig, flies flying in the food counter were really quite disgusting and the drinks were also quite expensive I would charge them on do not recommend eating there or drinking coffee ...

Very fair prices for coffee, bakery-usual large selection of various goods (from blank rolls to tight Max) and convenient location, right on the Stadtbahn- / bus station at the Heilbronner Rathaus. Staff surprisingly friendly!
